I rarely get to cut loose in the kitchen, but on a special occasion (particularly for my favorite critic,) I’ll have some fun.
Tonight the menu was:
Seared sirloin, with a roasted-red pepper gorgonzola cream sauce
Sherried onions and mushrooms atop roasted golden potatoes
Broiled asparagus with light oil and herbs
…
Must recover from dinner coma before dreaming up dessert…
